In The Main House there are 5 bedrooms, all with television, 4 on the first floor (1 double with en-suite - and 3 twins, 1 with en-suite) and 1 double on the ground floor with shower room and WC nearby. All are very different but all have unique touches with throws, cushions, bedlinen and duvet covers from The White Company. The family bathroom with separate shower cubicle is also situated on the first floor as is access to the sun deck with its hardwood loungers for private sunbathing.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with rustic oak floors, beams and woodburner with a nearby shower room and WC. The traditional farmhouse kitchen with oak units, granite worktops and contemporary appliances has a dishwasher, an electric cooker and an oil-fired Rayburn range (lit from December to March). The water throughout the property is softened and a filter is provided in the kitchen for drinking water. There is a fridge in the kitchen and a further American style fridge freezer in the nearby utility room which also houses a commercial washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a breakfast room with table and chairs and a separate X-box room with TV and DVD player. The dining room seats up to 14 guests and has French windows opening onto a patio facing the front garden with a further table and chairs for 8.

The sitting room with Zoffany wallpaper and Italian handmade curtains in the bay window has oak flooring with marble open fireplace. The room has leather sofas and a wall-mounted LCD TV where guests can watch films from the extensive DVD collection.
